What is included
Agree the scope
We identify the part of the organisation and the questions to be reviewed.
Document review and three interviews
We review agreed material, such as budgets, maintenance plans and responsibilities, and conduct three online interviews with key people.
Concise written decision brief
A current-state assessment, the main risks identified and five prioritised recommendations with supporting reasons.
Leadership review meeting
A 90-minute online meeting to challenge the findings and discuss proposed responsibilities, next decisions and an action plan for the following 90 days.
What you take away
You gain a clearer picture of what to address first, why it matters and which decisions are needed. We examine how responsibilities, planning, finance and follow-up fit together. Documented findings are distinguished from assumptions and questions requiring further investigation.
Uncertainties and missing evidence are made explicit.
Clear expectations
Fee, delivery and scope
SEK 39,000 excluding VAT. Normally 3 weeks from the agreed start, subject to access to the agreed material and interview participants.
One defined organisation or department. The volume of documents is agreed before ordering. Technical building inspections, a complete maintenance plan and implementation of actions are not included. Any further support is agreed separately.
We confirm scope, start date and terms in writing before an order is placed. Work beyond the agreed scope does not begin without separate approval.
