Starting assessment in the first month
An executive assessment gives a shared starting point and the first priorities.
Ongoing support
Meetings, assessments and quick replies according to the chosen level. Priorities are followed up every quarter.
Review before renewal
Before the agreement ends we review what the support has delivered and whether the level should change.
Two ready-made set-ups
- The first 100 days – for a new CEO or head of administration. Three to four months with a clear start, priorities and a plan that leadership stands behind.
- From audit report to completed action – six months in which the audit’s recommendations are turned into decisions, accountability and follow-up.
Clear conditions
Term, scope and the public sector
Minimum term six months, maximum twelve months per agreement, then renewal by agreement. Notice period three months.
What is included at each level is described concretely in the agreement. Work beyond that is quoted separately at a fixed fee and does not start without your approval.
Municipalities, regions and municipal companies can engage Peter Öberg Consulting through direct award or a call-off under ADDA framework agreements. A twelve-month agreement at the Executive support level amounts to SEK 300,000 excluding VAT, well within the threshold for direct award.
