- Conversation and scopeWe start with a free 30-minute call where we pin down the question and what a good result would be.
- Current situationI talk to the people involved, read the documentation and give leadership a straight picture of the situation – based on evidence, not gut feeling.
- Decision and prioritiesI produce material you can decide on: options, consequences, risks and who is responsible for what.
- ExecutionI follow up that the decision becomes reality, and bring in experienced partner consultants when the question needs more perspectives.
Set-up and price
Clear scope from the start
Choose the set-up that suits you:
- Executive support subscription – an independent sounding board for a fixed monthly fee, from SEK 12,500/month excl. VAT.
- Leadership team assessment – the whole leadership team answers individually and the differences become the basis for a shared 90-day plan, SEK 120,000 excl. VAT.
- A defined assignment at a fixed price, with a quote after our first call.
Swedish municipalities and regions can engage me through direct procurement or the ADDA framework agreement.

Questions I often get
What is executive support?
Executive support is when an experienced, independent person helps leadership see the situation clearly, produce decision material and get decisions implemented. I work closely with the leadership team but stand outside the line organisation, which makes it easier to say what needs to be said.
How does executive support differ from an ordinary consulting study?
A study often ends with a report. I stay until the decision is made and execution is under way, and measure success by what actually happens in the organisation.
Can Swedish municipalities and regions engage you without a tender?
Yes, defined assignments below the direct procurement threshold can be bought directly, and I can also be engaged through the ADDA framework agreement.
