1. Capture

AI drafts a proposed action list from approved meeting notes. Missing owners and dates are flagged as questions.

2. Follow up

AI helps compile status from the material you provide and highlights open questions before the next check-in.

3. Prepare decisions

Leadership receives a short, reviewed brief with the questions that need to be decided. You make the decisions and assign responsibility.

AI prepares. You review, decide and remain accountable. Missing information is flagged – not filled in by guesswork. No decisions or external communications are made automatically in this set-up.

We define one recurring meeting or follow-up process and describe today's time spent, quality and accountability.
Adapt the way of working and the AI support
I help you set up templates, AI instructions and review steps in an agreed existing tool. We clarify who does, reviews and follows up.
Test in two real follow-up rounds
You use the way of working in your day-to-day operations. We review the outcome together and adjust within the agreed scope.
Assess the benefit and hand over
We compare with the baseline and document time spent, quality, remaining gaps and the recommended next step. If AI does not add enough value, the conclusion will say so.

My starting point is experience of leadership, governance and organisational development. A new tool does not solve unclear accountability or weak follow-up.

That is why I work with both the workflow and the AI support. In my own consulting business I use the AI assistant Ivar for things such as market monitoring, business documentation and structure in client work.

Clear conditions

Price, delivery time and scope

SEK 49,500 excluding VAT. One workflow, up to five participants, three remote working sessions and a final follow-up. Normally four to six weeks from the agreed start, adapted to your meeting schedule and provided that participants and material are available.

We use existing tools and agree before the start which information may be processed. You appoint a responsible contact person, provide suitable material and carry out the two test rounds.

Licences, system integrations, custom development and ongoing operation or support after the assignment are not included. Technical security reviews and legal opinions are not included. Such needs are identified and agreed separately.

Client material is not entered into external AI services without a specific agreement. We confirm scope, start and terms in writing before ordering. Work beyond the agreed scope is not started without separate approval. No particular time saving is guaranteed.

Do you first need to choose a direction?

This assignment introduces and tests a concrete way of working. If you first need to assess where AI can add value, what the risks are and what leadership should prioritise, the AI governance review for leadership teams is a better fit.

The review is a separate offer and not a mandatory first step.
