AI is already in use. Do you have control over its value, risks and responsibilities?

An independent AI review for leadership teams in businesses, municipalities and municipally owned companies.

Employees are trying new tools. Suppliers are introducing AI features. Expectations are growing, but the value, information being used and responsibility when something goes wrong are not always clear. Peter Öberg helps you establish a coherent picture and make informed decisions about what comes next.

What is included

  1. Define the scope

We select one business unit or department and up to three use cases to review.

  2. Map the current position

Up to five online interviews and a review of agreed policies, working practices and relevant supplier information.

  3. Assess value and risk

For each use case we describe expected value, prerequisites, material risks and questions requiring further investigation. Facts are clearly distinguished from assumptions.

  4. Decision brief and 90-day plan

Recommendations on what to test, prepare or defer. The plan proposes responsibilities, measures and conditions for continuing or stopping a pilot.

  5. Leadership workshop and follow-up

A two-hour online workshop to discuss the findings, followed by a 45-minute follow-up meeting within 30 days.

What you take away

You gain a basis for deciding where AI could create tangible value, what needs to be in place and what to start or defer. We assess accountability, skills, information handling, supplier dependencies and human oversight. The recommendation may be to start small, improve the prerequisites or decide not to proceed. The goal is better decisions, not more AI at any cost.

Uncertainties and missing evidence are made explicit.

Fee, delivery and scope
